The products we sell, including ballasts and LED products, come with a manufacturer's limited warranty. The details of the warranty, such as the type and length, can be found on the product page. Please note that any warranty provided is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer and may exclude all consequential or incidental damages. Additionally, the warranty may be limited to repair or replacement by the manufacturer and may have a specific time frame.
It's important to understand that manufacturer warranties may have exclusions. For instance, the warranty may not cover loss, damage, or failure due to abuse, negligence, mishandling, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations, disassembly, or modification of any part of the product. Also, the warranty may not cover cosmetic damage, damage due to natural disasters or acts of God, or loss due to excessive voltage or heat that may burn out the LED or lamp.
In the case of LED products, the warranty may also be null and void if the product is not installed or used according to the manufacturer's guidelines for voltage and current. Moreover, loss, damage, or failure due to improper installation, operation, maintenance, or environmental conditions may not be covered by the warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover any costs, expenses, time, or effort involved in the removal or reinstallation of any product or any expense related thereto. Finally, the warranty does not apply to any accessories used with the product or to any damage they may cause. Please refer to the specific product's warranty for further information.
Shipping Rates & Times
Freight is a fixed price you can view at the time of checkout as soon as you enter your shipping information. Products ship anywhere form the same day to 2 days after you place the order. Once your order is processed if there are any delays you will be notified at once and given the opportunity to accept the delay or cancel the order. We use UPS and USPS to ship products unless the order is large enough to ship on a pallet with a trucking company. Our freight allowance only covers business to business deliveries. Any other form of delivery (residential, construction site, church, etc) will be billed to the customer. If expedited delivery is necessary, we will only cover standard shipping. Any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. If the delivery site requires any delivery services, (lift gate/pallet jack, inside delivery, re-delivery, reconsignment, etc.), make sure to specify on the purchase order in order to avoid any additional charges. We reserve the right to bill the customer any additional fees that are invoiced to us by the shipping company.
Returns - 15-Day Return Policy
Our 15-day return policy at LED Lighting Space is designed to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once you receive your return authorization number, you can ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or send you a replacement item if you requested an exchange. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Our 15-day return policy applies to all products sold on our website, with the exception of custom orders or products that have been modified or damaged by the customer. Please note that not all products are returnable. ledlightingspace.com reserves the right to charge a restock fee on all returns including, but not limited to, holiday lighting, special made to order items and fixtures. Products must be returned in new unused condition with the original packaging. Ballast products must not have the wires cut or hooked up/used.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for ballasts that have been used / wired.
Limitation of Liability.
Liability if any is expressly limited to replacement of the same or like product under its return policy. Under no circumstance shall ledlightingspace.com be liable for any money or compensatory damages, direct or general damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or special or punitive damages. Buyer expressly agrees to this limitation. A failed manufacturer’s warranty for a product is not a breach or failure by the seller. The seller as per its then policy will assist and cooperate in responding in such a buyer’s claim including notifying the manufacturer of a buyer’s warranty claim.
At ledlightingspace.com, we offer high-quality ballasts exclusively from major manufacturers. These products are pre-tested by the manufacturer and ready for installation, ensuring top-notch performance. Although rare, if any issues arise with your ballast, it is almost always due to improper installation rather than factory defects. Rest assured, all of our ballasts are guaranteed to be free from factory defects and come with their respective warranties.
If a defective ballast is reported within the factory warranty period, customers should contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The customer may be asked to return the product at their own shipping expense for factory testing. Once the factory confirms the ballast's defect, a replacement will be sent out promptly, free of charge. However, if a replacement is needed before the factory completes testing, the customer must order and pay for a new one as if it were a new order. Please note that credit for the defective ballast may take up to two weeks to be accepted under warranty.
We want to emphasize that wiring and installation procedures for ballasts are extremely complicated and should only be attempted by licensed electricians. Ballast installation can pose severe risks of electric shock that may lead to injury or even death. Stay safe and let the professionals handle it.
